I was a practicing attorney for many years before I decided that I wanted to help friends and families buy and sell homes. That change has proved to be very rewarding. There is still nothing quite like the smiles that come when I am able to hand my buyer clients the keys to their new home. It is equally rewarding when I am able to assist my seller clients on closing the sale of their property in the shortest period of time possible and for the most net proceeds, so that they can then meet their new goals.
Although a real estate transaction is very complex, I know that my experience as an attorney, and now as a seasoned broker/Realtor, assists me in simplifying the transaction for my clients so as to reduce or eliminate anxiety.
